National Claims Control investigators utilize passenger cars, sports utility vehicles, vans, trucks, stationary vehicles, and roadwork vehicles. We have a vehicle for every situation. For those surveillance situations when a vehicle will not work, we have surveillance investigators who specialize in on-foot surveillance and long-range surveillance. They have climbed into hollowed out trees, shinnied through poison oak, crawled through deer trails, climbed mountains, ridden bicycles, skateboards, motorcycles, and have jogged, walked dogs, sold items door-to-door and used many other creative techniques. They are careful to avoid trespassing or breaking any harassment or anti-stalking laws.

Surveillance investigations often require hidden cameras. All of our investigators carry one and know how to use it. When National Claims Control is on the job, you will get film of individuals working out at the gym, bending over to pick up that large case of soda inside of the warehouse store, and carrying that large basket of wet laundry inside of the apartment complex laundry room.

In the interest of quality control, all investigations are supervised from our Central Coast office, but please keep in mind that we cover the entire state of California, with time and mileage charged from the County Government Center nearest the subject.

Our clients are seeking information and we provide the information in the form of a surveillance report. Our final report is second to none in the surveillance industry. Our investigators and office staff work together to put out a timely and accurate report, every time. All of our reports contain photographs taken from the actual video film depicting highlights of the investigation. This allows you to see the activities captured on videotape without having to actually view the film. Identifying photos of the subject and the subject's residence are also included.
